Tarts Anon partnered with Ankarsrum to create a limited-edition Persian Love Tart, celebrating flavour, craftsmanship, and innovation. The collaboration centred around an intimate event where guests experienced the making of the tart firsthand with chef Gareth Whitton, with Ankarsrum’s iconic stand mixer at the heart of the process. The tart was also sold across all Tarts Anon stores over Valentine’s Day and supported by a social media campaign that amplified the partnership, showcasing the product, the process, and the shared values behind both brands to a wider audience.
