In partnership with one of Melbourne’s most iconic events, the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, Tarts Anon created a bespoke, seasonally driven dessert that captured the essence of the event and its celebration of nature, beauty, and local produce. For this collaboration, we developed the ‘Apple Tart in Bloom’ - a custom creation inspired by the artistry of the show and the elegance of flowers in full bloom.

Showcasing Ambrosia™ apples from local producer Montague Farms, the tart was designed to visually resemble a blooming flower while drawing on the comforting flavours of apple crumble. Finished with delicately piped vanilla Chantilly cream, the final product balanced striking visual appeal with refined, seasonal flavour.

This collaboration highlights our ability to translate an event’s identity into a memorable, high-impact product, designed to enhance the guest experience while creating a compelling visual and storytelling moment both in-person and across digital channels.
