Where are you located?

We have TWO Melbourne-based locations:

What are your open hours/days?

Our open hours sometimes change. Please check Google Maps for store opening hours and up-to-date information on opening days/times.

Can I pre-order?

Sure! Our menu of tarts rotates monthly. See what’s available on the current menu and pre-order for collection at either Cremorne or Collingwood by clicking here. Note, you will need to sign up with our easy online ordering system, Cookaborough, before checking out.

We sell tarts by the slice (and coffee!) at both our stores during open hours (no pre-order required). We recommend pre-ordering if you want larger portions or simply don’t want to miss out.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver to a different area around Melbourne each Thursday. You can to see if delivery is available in your area currently by checking your address here.

No dice? Email us with your suburb and we will make sure we deliver to you soon!

For larger orders, we deliver daily within 15km of our Cremorne location from our catering menu. Check it out here.

I want to try everything. How?

Our best value packs are our briefcases (5 slices) and party pies (10 slices). Available for purchase in store, or pre-order online via Cookaborough.

Can I make a large order for my wedding or my business?

How many people do your tarts serve?

We pre-sell tarts in half and whole portions. A whole tart comfortably serves 10-12 people, depending on how hungry you are! Our slices are the perfect size for one person, or to share if you just want a taste!

How should I store my tart?

Our tarts are baked fresh each day because they’re intended to be eaten fresh! We strongly recommend picking up your tarts on the day you plan to eat them. Due to the delicate nature of our tarts, we warn you that, while our tarts are food safe for a few days after purchase, they can (and probably will) change in appearance, taste and texture when stored overnight.

If you are in the position of storing overnight (e.g. leftovers), our recommendation is to chuck it in the fridge in an airtight container and serve again at room temperature.

Can you cut my order into individual portions?

Sure! Please let us know in your order notes when you pre-order online. Depending on the tart you choose, you may be charged a few dollars extra for portioning at the time of pick up.

Can I pick up my tart at a different day/time to what I have selected at checkout?

Please email orders@tartsanon.com.au with as much notice as possible for any changes required to your order and we will do our best to accomodate.

Do you make Gluten Free or Vegan tarts?

We unfortunately do not have any gluten free or vegan options presently.

Why are some tarts on pre-order slightly cheaper than buying in store?

The nature of pre-ordering allows the kitchen to know exactly how many tarts are required for that day. We encourage pre-orders by offering the best value as they reduce our wastage, and tart wastage is a travesty. If you decide to purchase a whole/half tart in store without pre-ordering, there may be a small price difference to what is advertised online. Please just ask us when you’re in store if you’re not sure.

I forgot to collect my pre-order. Can I get a refund or credit?

You will receive an automated reminder on the morning of your selected pick up (Note: you will not receive emails if you choose to sign up with 'hide my email'). If you do not collect your order, our staff will try and get in contact with you via phone and/or email.

We store uncollected tarts on site in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours after your pick up window before discarding them.

If you can no longer make your collection, please let us know with as much notice as possible. If we have prepared your tarts and you can no longer collect, you have the option of sending an Uber Package to collect your tarts or picking up your tarts the next day. Please email us at orders@tartsanon.com.au and we will assist you.

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to offer a credit or a refund for product that has already been prepared by our kitchen.
