Our team is just as important as our tarts. What began as the COVID-19 side-hustle of one of the world’s best pastry chefs (Gareth Whitton) and his partner, who (as it turns out) had a knack for dessert logistics, is now a team of 15+ talented and dedicated chefs, baristas and front of house professionals. Our kitchen is run by some of the best in the business, with combined experience in some of Australia (and the world’s) best restaurants and bakeries.

We take our coffee as seriously as we take our tarts.

We are proud to serve Square One Coffee beans and Monk’s Chai, alongside our list of house made specialty iced-drinks and hot chocolates, served both dine in or takeaway.

Yes, we cater! Events, corporate, weddings… we do it all. Mini tarts and whole tarts, plus pick up and delivery 7 days per week. Check out our catering menu here.
