Our goal is simple, really; to do one thing, make tarts, and do it well. Our product is the culmination of refined technique and approachability, enabling us to offer a world-class dessert eating experience in an off-the-beaten track bakery setting.

Our menu of sweet and savoury tarts is ever-evolving. Each month, our counters are stocked with new tarts and returning favourites. Pre-orders are not necessary but are recommended. Pre-order your slices here.

We operate two stores, 7 days per week. Both offer dine in and takeaway options. We serve our tarts alongside Square One coffee and our menu of house-made iced drinks.

Our team is just as important as our tarts. What began as the COVID-19 side-hustle of one of the world’s best pastry chefs (Gareth Whitton) and his partner, who (as it turns out) had a knack for dessert logistics, is now a team of 15+ talented and dedicated chefs, baristas and front of house professionals. Our kitchen is run by some of the best in the business, with combined experience in some of Australia (and the world’s) best restaurants and bakeries. Our front of house team is managed by Gareth’s own brother, Xavier, who you’ll find making coffees and serving smiles regularly alongside our killer front of house team across both our Cremorne and Collingwood locations.

We take our coffee as seriously as we take our tarts.

We are proud to serve Square One Coffee beans and Monk’s Chai, alongside our list of house made specialty iced-drinks and hot chocolates, served both dine in or takeaway.
